Details from http://www.ili.net/techtips/macintosh/:
The Apple Internet Connection Kit is Apple's own software for connecting to the Internet. It can
either be purchased in the stores or comes bundled with some of the newer machines.
When you run the Apple Internet Dialer the first time, this is what you will see. It is trying to dial up an Apple 800 number to connect to one of their providers.
To use the AICK with I-Link International you need to go to the "Provider" menu and select "Define Provider Information".
The next four screens show the information that the user will see. Simply fill out the appropriate info and click on "Next". The Connection Script will be left blank, so just click on "Ok".
Once you're done entering the information this is the screen you will now see when running the Apple Internet Dialer. Note that MacTCP users will have to reboot before getting to this.
Finally. Trying to connect to I-Link International
This is the folder where AICK is installed. It can usually be found right on the hard drive.
